FNC Recognised as a Town Mayor’s Chosen Charity
Town Mayor’s Charity Selection
We are honoured that Folkestone Nepalese Community Centre (FNC) has once again been selected as one of the nominated charities of The Worshipful Town Mayor of Folkestone.
FNC was first selected by Councillor Abena Akuffo-Kelly, Town Mayor of Folkestone for 2024/25, and we are delighted that FNC has again been selected by Councillor Jackie Meade, Town Mayor of Folkestone for 2026/27.
This continued recognition reflects the importance of our work in supporting British Gurkha veterans, Nepalese families, older people, and the wider Folkestone community. We look forward to working closely with the Mayor’s office throughout the year and supporting the Mayor’s charitable fundraising activities for the benefit of local community projects.
