Collaboration with the University of Kent – Walking with Ghosts

Walking with Ghosts is a multimedia artwork that interweaves past and present to explore the impact of war on Folkestone over the last 100 years.

The Folkestone Nepalese Community (FNC) was proud to be one of the community partners of this project. Our contribution was featured in two of the six parts:

• Loss

• Folkestone

This collaboration highlighted the lived experiences of British Gurkha veterans and Nepalese families in Folkestone, connecting local history with wider narratives of war, memory, and community.
